AM has bailage hard tissue laser which enables RCT completely blood-free & pain-free. We need not to inject anaesthesia or give patients antibiotic or pain killer for RCT. With hard tissue laser in single sitting, we complete the root canal procedure under microscope. So, with microscope RC is no longer a blind procedure. Hence, the accuracy of the treatment is maintained. And the chances of failure are negligible.

Our hard tissue Laser is precise and it comes without the vibration of conservative metal drills. Endodontic and periodontic procedures can be performed. Post operative inflammation and pain are not there. It is completely painless and bloodless. No conventional intraoral blocks are required. Second stage implant exposure procedures can be done with absolutely no trauma. Routine and regular stress ulcer can be healed in no time.
