24 year old girl dancer by profession patient came to our clinic after she suffered an accident. She ended up with a fracture in her front teeth.

She was very paranoid because she had a stage performance following that week. We suggested her an implant following an extraction which will not only solve her immediate trauma but also give her a smile makeover which will boost her confidence.

Implant treatment planning is one of the key factor in achieving successful outcomes.

Her upper anteriors – central and lateral incisors were extracted and immediate implants were placed.

Immediate temporisation was done in support of her canine. Lower anteriors were saved with laser Root canal treatment and crowns.

On the same day she could experience the change.

One of the basic advantages of immediate implants we would like to convey to our patients is that post extraction resorption is reduced so it provides better functional and aesthetic results.
